A California native, Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Economics. Traveling the world at a young age, Jonathan developed a passion for food and wine. His travels took him all over Europe and Asia where he experienced and came to appreciate culinary excellence in food, wine, and service.
After graduating from college, he began his career in the hospitality industry as the catering director of the Wine Cask’s sister restaurant, The Sky Room located in Long Beach. Now, as part of the Wine Cask team, Jonathan enjoys working with our guests, tailoring their needs for the special day.
