Andy joined the Wine Cask family in January 2005. He is a graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Northern Arizona University. Andy received most of his practical training at a 4-diamond restaurant in Phoenix. He has a strong passion for food and wine and is always stressing the importance of creating "memorable dining experiences."
