Intermezzo Bar + Café is a fun and vibrant space, designed as a place to meet for a quick flatbread, glass of wine from our innovative and green tap system or cocktail before dinner. Fresh imaginative chopped salads, flatbreads and small plates of simple yet great food that shares well and a fantastic line-up of gourmet burgers. Choose to dine alfresco on the historic courtyard at a table next to the fountain or European-style on the the front portico. Join Chef Brandon Hughes of Wine Cask at the Tuesday afternoon Santa Barbara Certified Farmers Market for an informative "Foodie Stroll" and dinner. Guests rendezvous with Chef at the Market, select ingredients with Chef's assistance and return to Wine Cask for dinner. Once back at the Wine Cask, enjoy a three-cource dinner paired with local wines by our Wine Director, Branden Bidwell, at our Chef's Feasting Bar.
